How To Get Here
Getting to Mexico has never been easier! The Yucatan Peninsula has become one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, with daily flights from Europe, North and South America. The closest airport to our Playa del Carmen facility is Cancun International, located 55km north of Playa Del Carmen and 115km north of Tulum. Driving from Cancun airport takes around 45 minutes to Playa Del Carmen and 90 minutes to Tulum.
The closest airport to our Tulum Facility is Tulum International, located 40km south of Tulum and 100km south of Playa del Carmen.
To get to either of our locations from your chosen airport, you have several options depending on your personal preference.
We offer a private airport shuttle service for you and your team, to get you to your destination as quick and easy as possible. Just let us know what time your flight arrives and we will be there waiting to take you to your accommodation so you can relax and start to enjoy your vacation.
Another option from Cancun International would be to take the local bus service known as the “ADO”. Once you exit the terminal you will see several Ado kiosks selling tickets to various destinations. Generally they depart every 30-45 minutes depending on how busy the service is. The buses themselves are clean, air conditioned and very spacious. They will drop you off in the central bus terminals in Playa Del Carmen or Tulum which are both a short five minute taxi ride away from our facilities.
Alongside bus services you will encounter many taxi drivers as you exit either airport. It is easy to find a taxi during the day, however the later you arrive the harder it becomes.
Lastly, there are several car rental companies that operate close to both airports and offer their services at competitive rates. If you choose to rent a vehicle we strongly suggest you book well in advanced of your arrival.
